Moonbeam shines bright in Limousin showdown
All the results and photos from the Limousin ring at the Royal Canberra Show.
MICHAEL and Mary Parsons of Kia Ora Limousins, Rosyln, have won supreme exhibit with their first-calf female Myers Moonbeam.
Shining through the competition, the two-and-a-half-year-old showed with a five-month-old heifer calf at foot, Kia Ora Quillow sired by Wulfs Zane.
Purchased privately back in September from the Myers Limousin open day, the female will now be part of the Kia Ora show team headed to Sydney Royal.
Also coming from the Kia Ora stall was the champion and reserve champion junior heifers, the reserve senior champion cow, and senior and grand champion bull.
